Artist Statement
My working process combines concept and functionality. I utilize various mediums to create paintings, works on paper, photography, sculptures, and installations. Often objects in daily life have historical meaning attached by time and society. As an artist I transform memory perceptions to ideas, and forms to dimensions. The planning for an installation exhibit allows me to apply my creativity in order to achieve my best artistic work. The success along the way is always determined by people’s vision and the individual’s open will to embrace art.
