“Papel” is a curated exhibition featuring an exciting collection of works on paper from a diverse gathering of 17 Miami-based artists - many from the Bird Road Arts District and the Warehouse 4726 community.

Organized and curated by Maria Patiño Studios, in partnership with The Green Library at Florida International University, this exhibition features 2-D and 3-D works in many materials, all sharing one commonality: works are made on or of paper, thus the name.

As part of his installation, “In my brain / Out of my brain,” Ignacio Font will be at the Green Library on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm to 6pm through the end of February 2019. The artist will be available to answer questions about the work and will be selling individual letters from the installation at $8 each. Ask him how he came up with that number!
