reCover: Every action has a reaction. Like a boomerang, what we discard will return to us; we wear it and we breath it. Our lack of attention to this reciprocal effect is resulting in the difficulties that we are now facing.  This exhibition intends to disrupt the unsustainable habit of the consumption of the new by presenting fashion made from recycled materials. Our intention is to increase awareness of fashion as a direct contributor to environmental degradation, and to disrupt the cycle by reconfiguring and recycling. 

Opening to the public February 24 from 12PM to 6PM, then weekdays from 11PM to 6PM.

Closing Reception April 16, 2022 from 5PM to 7PM with performance art by Mila Hajjar in celebration of Earth Day. RSVP to team@fontsquared.org.
