Hosted every Monday from 5 PM to 7 PM, Noche de Arte is a weekly arts activation and exhibition that breaks down barriers between artist and viewer.
Join us for an evening of art activation in the Gallery Lounge of InterContinental Miami Hotel, featuring a local Miami artist creating their latest work. Each month, a new artist is showcased, offering visitors an expansive introduction to our vibrant city's diverse array of artistry.
Noche de Arte is open to the public and free to attend. collaboARTive presents this program in partnership with InterContinental Miami Hotel, the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Miami Downtown Development Authority, and with support from the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs.
JUNE 2024 PRIDE ARTIST IN RESIDENCE: MARIANTONIA GUTIERREZ
Mariantonia Gutierrez is a visual artist, poet, and innovator who seamlessly blends art, technology, and social commentary. With a background in Interdisciplinary Studies, Art History, and Ethics, Mariantonia’s work explores identity and liberation beyond binary confines. Her latest series, "Behind the Clear Wall", invites viewers to step into a space where queerness is celebrated and the barriers of societal norms are questioned. Each piece is a dialogue on personal and collective identity, crafted to inspire introspection and communal connection. Mariantonia’s practice is rooted in the belief that art can catalyze profound change, fostering inclusivity and understanding.
