Join us for an artist talk with Daniel Medina about the intrinsic healing nature of art-making. We will discuss how art-making promotes self-worth, affords a safe space for processing ideas and emotions, and nurtures the imagination. All guests are invited to make collage art with collaboARTive.
We will conclude the event with a Q&A!

Hosted every Monday from 5 PM to 7 PM, Noche de Arte is a weekly arts activation and exhibition that breaks down barriers between artist and viewer.
Join us for an evening of art activation in the Gallery Lounge of InterContinental Miami Hotel, featuring a local Miami artist creating their latest work. Each month, a new artist is showcased, offering visitors an expansive introduction to our vibrant city's diverse array of artistry.

AUGUST 2024 ARTIST IN RESIDENCE: DANIEL MEDINA
Daniel Medina was born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Miami, Florida. He is a public school teacher and an ordained minister with the United Church of Christ. A painter, musician, and photographer, Medina exhibited work at Art Basel, Miami, in 2021. He lives in Little Havana with his wife, Victoria.
