Noche de Arte is a weekly event presented in partnership with InterContinental Miami and the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, with funding from the Miami Downtown Development Authority and the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs. This event gives hotel guests and visitors from around the world the opportunity to meet local artists and learn more about their practice.
Artists receive benefits including curatorial support, marketing and promotion, a solo exhibition, and more.

Noche de Arte Artist in Residence Details
Noche de Arte is now in its 4th year and has featured more than 30 artists with solo exhibitions and weekly activations.
Benefits for 2026 residencies include:
One month of a solo exhibition in the Gallery Lounge, located just off the hotel lobby,
A small work space for studio time during the residency month.
Marketing and promotion with print material
Curatorial and installation support.
A small stipend may be available, based on funding.
Art sales take a small commission to support the organization.
Requirements: The artist in residence must arrive at the hotel in downtown Miami at 5 pm every Monday for one month (4 weeks) to make art in the space from 6 pm to 8 pm.

While painting is the preferred method, we welcome digital art, collage, and your suggestions!
The program invites hotel guests and visitors to experience art in an unexpected place - the hotel’s Gallery Lounge situated in view of the monumental Henry Moore sculpture, The Spindle.
Funding for Noche de Arte is generously provided by Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, Miami Downtown Development Authority, and the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs and the Cultural Affairs Council, the Miami-Dade County Mayor and Board of County Commissioners.
