About the Artist

Melinda Gallop is a self-taught brushless fine artist, champion martial artist, and an 8th Degree Black Belt who has been creating and selling her original masterpieces since 2010. Growing up in Palmetto Bay, Florida, she began her martial arts journey after a life-changing event, which inspired her unique painting style that blends the energy of karate with her soulful expressions. In 2011, she was honoured as the Official Artist for the Kaiser Permanente Pasadena Marathon, winning 1st Place with her piece titled “The World Runs with Pasadena.” Throughout her career, Melinda has participated in numerous art festivals and charity events, using her art and martial arts to support children in need, aiming to make a positive difference in their lives.
